One of the things that stuck out to me in this article was when he talked about the King, Prince, Pauper diet that he did to lose so much weight. So since my wife studies nutrition every day of her life I asked her if she had ever heard of such a thing. The slogan is Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Supper like a Pauper (poor person). After talking about it Alexa realized that this was something that she had been trying to get me to do for a while, so I was begging her to let me try it out.
The next morning it started, just like the title says "Breakfast for a King". I went ahead and scrambled up four eggs with some pieces of ham and some cheese, had two pieces of toast, a glass of milk, and my wonderful wife made me a strawberry smoothie which I am sure there will be a blog about that in the near future. You can see most of my breakfast below.
Not long after I started this did Alexa jump on board and has been feeling the same great benefits that I have. So if your in need of an energy boost to start out the day, I don't know if scrambled eggs with ham is what you need (you might ask Alexa to help you with what to eat) I just know that the large portions at breakfast have been the ticket for me!
